Counseling Session
I offer weekly or bi-weekly 50 minute sessions for adult individuals. Some clients come in with specific goals they have in mind for therapy. Others may not yet know what they need from therapy but are wanting to change something in their lives.
Consultation
Finding the right therapist, one who works with you in the way you need, is a very important part of this process. To see if we would be a good match or if you would like to know more about my services, please call me for a 20 minute phone consultation free of charge.
Fees & Payment
My regular fee is $180 for a 50-minute session. I offer a limited amount of sliding scale slots. If you have a specific financial issue, I would be happy to discuss different options with you.
Insurance
I am not on any insurance panels and do not work directly with any insurance companies. If you would like to submit a claim to your insurance, I can give you a statement of services. I encourage you to call your insurance company about the details of your out of network coverage. I can help you with the questions to ask.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations will be subject to a full charge if not received at least 24-hours in advance. This policy is in place in order to protect my time commitment to you and your commitment to this process. It also preserves the integrity of our contractual agreement and our therapeutic relationship.
